Shipping

We ship direct from Hawaii and that means everything goes by “air” not “ground”. We have two options for shipping, US Postal Service or FedEx.  We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. If you have a question about shipping, email us.

USPS Priority Mail is typically used for orders under six pounds, PO Boxes, AK/APO/FPO and international orders. Shipping time is about 3-5 days. USPS goes everywhere, so we ship there too. Yes, we use Flat Rate boxes and pass along the savings to you! Your final shipping charge will reflect the flat rate price where possible.

If you need it faster, Fedex second-day air is available and is frequently cheaper on larger orders.  Shipping charges will be calculated based on zip code and the lowest price passed on to you.

Coffee orders submitted by 1pm EST (8am Hawaii Time) are typically shipped within the business day. However, we only ship fresh-roasted coffee and macs, so please understand if it takes a day longer.  Bulk macadamia nuts ship depending on availability as our supply rotates out the door almost as soon as we crack it. Typically if there is a delay past three days we will notify you via email.  We will email you a tracking number when we ship your order.

International Orders

We ship anywhere, and estimates are available in the shopping basket. Actual shipping prices may be slightly different than our shopping cart estimate.  We will contact you if it is significant.  Or contact us for rates to your country.

Roasted coffee and macadamia nuts do not usually require special Customs clearance, as they are “processed goods”; however, please check your specific country’s rules. Green (unroasted) coffee shipped internationally may require USDA agricultural documentation for clearance. Please contact us for more information.

Our Privacy Policy

We value your privacy as highly as our own. We never have, and never will, sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to anyone.  If you pay by credit card, your information bypasses our website and goes directly through the payment gateway.  That means we can’t see the number, nor could anyone else if we were hacked.  If you are still concerned about online security, we are happy to take your order by phone at 808-989-4883.

Return Policy

We usually ship coffee orders within a day. If you note an error in your onscreen order confirmation, please contact us immediately at 808-989-4883 or via email. We will do our best to correct or cancel it. However, if the order has already shipped, we apologize but we are limited in our options. We do accept returns on unopened products. We do not refund shipping on returned or refused orders.

We guarantee our freshness. Coffee and macadamia nuts are generally shipped within 3 days of roasting. If you receive a product that you feel is not satisfactory, we’re happy to replace it at no cost to you.

Sample Policy

Samples cost money for us to provide and ship.  Because of this, we unfortunately cannot offer free samples.  If you are a business and wish to sample our products, please order a small bag online at the retail price.  If you are satisfied, and wish to place a bulk wholesale order of over 100 lbs in coffee or macadamias,  we will credit back the bag price difference to you.  Thanks for understanding that we are a small business who wishes to keep our costs reasonable for all our customers.
