Flossie, we hardly knew ya
The hurricane missed us with hardly a gust of wind, and then quickly degraded into a tropical storm. The trailing clouds are dropping a gentle rain now, but we are all breathing easy again.
Now up on the horizon is a tsunami advisory from the 7.9 earthquake in Peru.

That is what I HATE about the islands and coastal areas.....I am a huge chicken when it comes to the storms..too much of a control freak I guess...lol...Glad to hear you are safe....that whole head between the knees stuff they make you do in school is a joke now that I am an adult and knokw better.....lol
